Vegan Mayonnaise

  • 01 boiled yam
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 01 cup of Sustemil Veggie
  • 1/2 glass of olive oil
  • 01 dessert spoon of mustard
  • 01 teaspoon of saffron tea
  • Salt, pepper and oregano to taste.


In a blender put the yam with the water and the Sustemil Veggie, add the olive oil slowly, until you get a light and creamy consistency. Finally add the mustard and spices. Let it beat until you get a smooth and uniform cream.


You can mix to cooked vegetables. Use this cream as basis for pates and use it with toasts.
