Creamy Corn Cake

Servings: A middle cake pan

  • 3 eggs
  • 01 can of corn
  • 01 cup full of water mixed with 3 tablespoons full of Sustemil Soy
  • 01 tablespoon full of corn oil or canola oil
  • ¾ cup of brown sugar
  • 01 shallow soup spoon of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons full of whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons full of quinoa flour.


Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C. Beat all ingredients in a blender, except the baking powder. Pour dough into a bowl and mix the baking powder. Grease the baking pan with a dab of coconut oil and bake the cake at 180°C for about 130 minutes.


After baked, sprinkle cinnamon over it.
