Cocoa Cake

Servings: One medium cake pan.

Ingredients

  • 02 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 01 cup of brown sugar
  • 01 cup of water
  • 01 cup of Sustemil Soy
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil or canola oil
  • 01 spoon of baking powder
  • 04 tablespoons of cocoa powder

TOPPER

  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • ½ cup of Sustemil Soy
  • ½ cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Preparation

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and beat them with the help of an adequate instrument (example: whisk or mixer). Add the oil and the water slowly and put the baking powder at the end until you achieve a creamy and uniform consistency. Grease the baking pan with a dab of coconut oil and bake it at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

PREPARING THE TOPPER

Mix well all the ingredients and take them to low heat, stirring constantly until you get a honey consistency.

Tip

The cake is perfect to serve with coffee. If you prefer, make individual servings of this recipe.
